Skilled Facade Workers tailored for Global Path Recruitment Agency, targeting candidates interested in legal and secure work in Germany

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of external facade systems, including ventilated facades, EIFS/ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems), and curtain wall systems
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials such as insulation panels, aluminum profiles, cladding, or stone
• Applying adhesives, mechanical fasteners, and sealants according to technical specifications
• Ensuring proper alignment, level, and finishing of facade elements
• Working at height using scaffolding, lifts, or suspended platforms
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and installation guides
• Following all safety and quality standards on-site

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facade installation or cladding work
• Familiarity with different facade systems and materials (metal, glass, ceramic, stone, composite panels)
• Ability to work from technical drawings and plans
• Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures and working at heights
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• EU work experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
• Willingness to relocate and legally work in Germany
